Is there an installation instructions readme file? I have been using WP for quite a while, and installed many themes, but the file structure for your theme is extensive. Just uploading the unzipped theme folder and all it's contents into the wp-content-themes folder is not getting it done. I can't get the in Inceptive theme to work.

Hi Marc,
The theme works just like the other wordpress themes. You just have to unzip the inceptivetheme folder into the themes folder then set the theme to Inceptive. By the way, can you see the Inceptive Theme in the list of Themes? Are you using the latest version of wordpress?
Thanks,

Initially, I uploaded the entire unzipped theme folder to the themes folder on my server. Yes, it shows up in the available themes. When I activated it I get a server 500 server error.
I then tried uploading the zipped file and unzipping on the server...same result 500 internal server error.Posted 2 years ago # -
Hi Marc,
A 500 server error is a 'catch-all' error generated by the Web server which means, there is an error but the server cannot identify the specific error. The reason could be on the wordpress version or one of the plugins that you are using is in conflict with the Inceptive Theme.
You may also try looking at your plugins. Here you'll be able to identify which plugin had a possible conflict with the theme. First, identify all the plugins that you activated. Deactivate all the plugins and check the website if it works. If it works, activate the plugins one by one and check the website on each activation.

I actually am also looking for a read me file. I can't seem to get the images to work on Pixdesign.

Hi Tanya,
To make the images work in PixDesign, edit the post and upload/attach the image from there.
If you are interested on having PixDesign Theme or your top themes upgraded to premium, kindly comment at the Standard to Premium Theme post. We're actually working on the readme/installation files right now, and this will be made available soon.
Thanks,
